How to lose weight without dieting?




Every time we speak about silhouette and diets, we are tempted to believe that a person with a gorgeous body is one who starves.
In reality we just have a wrong mentality about the lifestyle we should be running. During the everyday stress we tend to forget what to eat, when to do it and especially how.




We put together some advice in hope to change your alimentary behavior and to get rid of the unwanted fat without stress and starvation.

1. Settle fixed dining hours! – The best is to stay with 3 meals/day, but you may extend to 5 with the condition to respect 2 hours break between the meals. Try to keep this settlement.

2. Eat soups! – Soups will give you a sensation of satiety, help the digestion and have fewer calories.

3. Don't give up sweets! – If you give up desert, you'll rush to eat as soon as you've finished the diet and the fat will return.

4. Walk as much as you can! – Walk every day if possible, at least for a half hour. If your busy daily schedule won't allow to walk a few stations, do it in the evening (or buy a dog and you'll have the obligation to walk twice a day).

5. Eat fruits! – As many times you're in the mood or have the possibility. If you're fond of bananas and grapes, it is preferred to it those in the morning.

6. Don't eat under stress! – You'll tend to overeat, will feel sick and won't feel full as you need to calm down, not to devour.

7. Avoid spicy foods! – Spicy food will burn your stomach and you will feel the need to eat more to calm down the burning effect.

8. Avoid extreme salt! - Salt results water retention and you'll feel like a balloon. Naturally, salt has its own important role in the organism so do not eliminate it completely.

9. Yogurts and cereals – stimulate digestion, have less calories and are delicious.

10. Eat at least 4 hours before bedtime!
